Igor is a managing partner of Kastner & Pieš. He specialises on commercial matters and compliance with focus on ethical compliance (EFPIA/Medicines for Europe, MedTech), GDPR and data protection, whistleblowing, white collar crime and corporate investigations.
Igor advises local and international clients on all compliance-related matters, including compliance documentation (codes of conduct, policies, due diligence processes), assessment of various compliance-related questions, manages internal investigations and subsequent corrective actions, including white collar criminal matters. Igor and his team also serve as GDPR DPOs.
Igor is licenced to practise law in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Igor Pieš is a graduate of Charles University in Prague (2014). From 2011 he worked in the Prague office of Baker & McKenzie. Igor founded Kastner & Pieš in 2016.
