Jamie Kerr is a partner in our specialist immigration law team and has extensive experience across the entire field of immigration, visa, nationality and refugee law.
Jamie has been Co-Convenor of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association’s Scotland Committee and sat on the Scottish board of the Confederation of British Industry. He currently sits on the Scottish Government’s Strategic Labour Market Review Group and has been a long standing member of the Immigration & Asylum Committee of the Law Society of Scotland.
He holds an appointment as a Writer to the Signet and sits on the Council of The Society of Writers to HM Signet (the WS Society).
