Jim represents energy, pipeline and public utility clients. He serves as lead Mississippi counsel for the second largest natural gas utility in the U.S., and for the nation’s first independent system operator that provides open-access electric transmission service. Jim also represents several interstate and intrastate natural gas and products pipeline companies. He serves as Chairman of Brunini’s Regulatory Department, and previously served on its Board of Directors. He is recognized by Best Lawyers in America®-Energy Law and Communications Law.
