James advises both UK and non-UK private clients on UK tax and trust planning matters, he is a trusted advisor for both UK and non-UK individuals, families, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.

He specialises in UK tax planning and wealth structuring often combined with advice on cross-border estate and succession matters. As well as acting in an advisory capacity, James drafts wills, and creates trusts and other wealth preservation vehicles.

As a director of Stevens & Bolton’s trust company, James brings his knowledge and experience to strategic decisions on both non-contentious and contentious estate administration and trust structures and ensures continuity in management and providing a streamlined service.
