Daryl Fox

Daryl advises on wills, trusts, estate and succession planning, and has considerable experience in dealing with probate and estate administration.

Having originally trained and qualified at the firm, Daryl has a long-standing connection with Stevens & Bolton and its private clients. Daryl re-joined the firm in 2006, and became a partner in the tax and trusts team in 2011.

Bringing extensive practical experience, Daryl’s thorough approach to the administration of estates combines with empathy and efficiency. Together with a specialist team, she deals with estates ranging from the more straightforward cases through to those involving aspects such as complex families, trust structures, taxation issues, international aspects, business and agricultural property, and post-death planning. She also acts for court appointed personal representatives winding up estates against a contentious background.

Daryl also advises on succession and inheritance tax planning; trust matters including trust administration, and advice to trustees and beneficiaries; and powers of attorney and related matters. She often advises clients with complex and extended families, frequently over several generations, and has experience in advising on landed estates and heritage property.
