Hayley advises on claims involving estates and trusts, acting for executors, trustees, and beneficiaries, and also advising the firm’s trust corporation, Stevens & Bolton Trustees Limited, generally where the estate is the subject of contentious proceedings. Hayley also specialises in advising on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and has received praise from a Court of Appeal Judge for her conscientious approach in Re Hirachand.
