Jesus M. Suarez is a trial lawyer who excels at counseling clients through challenging legal situations. He is a trusted advisor to business leaders and elected officials navigating high-stakes litigation, financial disputes, and government inquiries.
As a founding partner of Continental PLLC, Jesus is known for handling complex commercial litigation, business reorganizations, and bankruptcy-related controversies. He has represented corporations, lenders, and fiduciaries in cases involving bankruptcies, fraud, and Ponzi schemes—often where business, finance, and government intersect. He has also litigated matters arising from billion-dollar restructurings, insolvencies, and receiverships. Equally skilled in resolving sensitive matters behind the scenes, Jesus frequently advises clients through investigations before municipal, state, and federal agencies.
Notably, Jesus served on the legal team that secured a landmark victory for President Donald Trump when a New York state appeals court overturned a nearly $500 million civil fraud penalty. He also served as Election Integrity Counsel for the Trump 2024 campaign and as 2024-2025 Chair of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Jesus earned his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law, where he was inducted into Florida Blue Key, and his B.B.A., cum laude, in finance and international business from Loyola University Chicago. He is a proud member of the Belen Jesuit Alumni Association.
