Jaime is a full time Counsel based in Madrid with more than seventeen years of experience in this field and is particularly used to notifying merger filings to the European Commission and the CNMC, as well as handling multijurisdictional filings to other competition authorities worldwide. He also has substantial experience defending companies and trade associations in infringement proceedings dealing with collusive behaviour (cartels) and abuses of dominance.

Jaime was ranked as a “Star associate” by Chambers Europe 2016 and 2017, respectively. In 2018 Jaime entered the Band 4 where he has remained.
