Jaime Enrique Gómez is Partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz. His professional practice focuses on tax planning and international investment. Jaime has experience in the structuring and tax planning of reorganization processes, acquisitions and other projects, as well as in investment transactions for companies in the infrastructure, natural resources, finance, real estate and hotel projects, and mass consumption sectors.

He has participated in the development of international reorganization structures, structuring of free zones, and wealth planning for high-net worth individuals. He gives lectures in postgraduate courses at several universities and is a regular panelist in various forums on taxes, customs and foreign trade. Jaime is a lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario. He has undertaken postgraduate coursed in Tax Law and Customs Law and Foreign Trade from the same University. Additionally, he has a master’s in taxation (LL.M) from Georgetown University.
