Jaime Enrique Gómez is Partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz. His professional practice focuses on tax planning and international investment.

Jaime has experience in the structuring and tax planning of mergers, acquisitions and other projects, as well as in investment transactions for companies in the infrastructure, natural resources, finance, real estate and hotel projects, and mass consumption sectors.

He has participated in the development of international reorganization structures, structuring of free zones, tax litigation and family wealth planning. He has been a panelist in various forums on taxes, foreign trade and customs. Jaime is a lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario.
