Her strengths lie in dealing with the assets of high net worth individuals, including overseas matters, domicile issues and estates with business and agricultural assets. Jacqueline has particular experience of working with people who have acquired brain injury and advises on setting up personal injury trusts as well as related Court of Protection advice.
