Anne Lapierre

Anne Lapierre is the Managing Partner of Bracewell’s Paris office.

Throughout her career, Anne Lapierre has specialized in first-of-their-kind, groundbreaking energy projects and served as a leading voice in renewable energy procurement.

She focuses her practice on project development, construction, financing, acquisition and transfer of projects related to both renewable and conventional oil and gas production and infrastructure. She has advised on numerous energy and infrastructure projects across France, Europe, Morocco and French-speaking Africa. Anne Lapierre also assists clients on carbon transactions, green hydrogen projects, energy efficiency solutions and Battery Energy Storage projects.

Anne Lapierre sat for 12 years on the board of France Renouvelables, the French wind association, and sits since 2017 as a sustainable development expert on Bertrand Piccard’s Solar Impulse Foundation’s Strategic Committee. She is highly regarded by all French and foreign market players and advises developers and industrial clients, as well as investment funds and banks.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Anne Lapierre served as the head of the global energy practice of an international law firm and manager of its Casablanca office.
