Anne Lapierre

Paris-based Anne Lapierre regularly counsels government ministries and development banks, and has recent experience advising on projects located in various francophone countries, including Côte d'Ivoire and Tunisia. She joined Bracewell in July 2024.

Anne Lapierre has extensive experience advising on corporate transactions and projects in connection with renewable energy matters, both domestically and internationally. With a particular focus on Africa, she advises energy companies, international financial institutions and private equity funds on key projects. She joined Bracewell in July 2024.
