Ivan Rámeš

Ivan Rámeš is a partner at HAVEL & PARTNERS focusing on intellectual property, technology law and e-commerce. He advises on the full spectrum of IP strategy, protection and enforcement in the Czech Republic and internationally, with particular experience in industrial property rights, copyright, anti-counterfeiting, customs aspects of IP protection, parallel imports and exhaustion of rights.

He is also widely recognised for his work in e-commerce, where he combines IP advice with consumer protection, marketing law and personal data issues, including administrative proceedings before regulators. Ivan regularly assists with copyright and domain name disputes, unfair competition and IP-related litigation, and is also active in franchising matters for multinational and domestic networks.
