His work covers the full life cycle of real estate projects, including due diligence, land acquisitions, developer agreements, leasing, sale and lease-back transactions, project financing, land use planning, building proceedings and related environmental and regulatory issues.

In his commercial and corporate practice, he has acted on acquisitions on both the buy and sell side and advises on a wide range of commercial contracts, including contracts for work, customer-supplier agreements, licence agreements and sponsorship arrangements.
