Robert Nešpůrek is one of the founding partners of HAVEL & PARTNERS and leads the Commercial, Technology & IP practice group, while also being a member of the firm’s M&A practice.
He advises on M&A and private equity transactions on both the buy and sell side, with particular experience in the technology, retail and consumer goods. A significant part of his practice focuses on technology-driven and IP-rich transactions, including matters involving software, data, digital services and the transfer or exploitation of intellectual property rights. He also regularly advises on complex commercial contracts, information technology, intellectual property, privacy and data protection, and represents clients in arbitration proceedings and out-of-court dispute resolution.
Robert has strong experience in software law, IT implementation and outsourcing projects, digital regulation, whistleblowing and data protection compliance, including outsourced DPO services.
