Israel de Diego is Partner in the Corporate and M&A practice in Spain. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and specializes in the acquisition and sale of companies and groups of companies, assets and liabilities and branches of activity, both nationally and internationally, advising both listed companies and private equity firms in such transactions.

He also has extensive experience in corporate and debt restructurings of different groups of companies and corporate structure planning; issuance of bonds, warrants and other financial instruments; having also participated in important IPO and delisting processes of companies.

He regularly advises investment banks, private equity funds and large companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, in local and multi-jurisdictional matters, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
