Israel de Diego is a partner in Dentons' Corporate and M&A practice in Spain.

Israel has more than 15 years of practice advising national and international companies on mergers and acquisitions. In particular, he specialises in the acquisition and sale of companies and groups of companies, assets and liabilities, and branches of activity, both nationally and internationally, advising both listed companies and Private Equity entities on such transactions.

Israel also has extensive experience in corporate and debt restructurings of different groups of companies and planning of corporate structures; issuance of bonds, warrants and other financial instruments; having participated in important IPO and delisting processes of companies.

He regularly advises investment banks, private equity funds and large companies on a wide range of corporate transactions, in local and multi-jurisdictional matters, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
