Iryna Nikolaieva

Iryna V. Nikolaieva is an associate based in the New York office and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Aviation Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on a wide variety of domestic and international financing projects, including corporate financing and aircraft financing. She recently co-authored “How the EETC Structure Has Changed,” Airfinance Journal (May, 2010).

Ms. Nikolaieva is recognized as a “Star Associate” by Chambers USA (2022), where she is recognized for her work assisting on large aviation financings with particular competence in leasing transactions. Clients praise her “excellent breadth of knowledge in the area,” and note that she is “extremely responsive” and that she provides “thorough and pragmatic counsel.” She is also named a “Rising Star” by The Legal 500 US (2022).

Ms. Nikolaieva joined the firm in 2000. She received a J.D. with honors in 1996 from Zaporozhye State University (Ukraine). She is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Ms. Nikolaieva is a member of the New York Bar.
