Mr. Rubio specializes in advising on project, infrastructure (PPP and PFI) and real estate financing, whether simple, syndicated or structured (sale-and-lease-back and off-balance-sheet transactions). He also has ample experience in corporate and asset finance, and debt restructuring transactions, having participated in several of the most important and complex refinancing processes in recent years.
Mr. Rubio has developed most of his career in the firm’s offices in Madrid and then London, where he was managing partner between 2010 and 2013.
