Ian is a Partner in our real estate team, advising institutional investors on acquisitions, disposals, forward funding, forward commitment and asset management.
He leads our relationships with a number of global investors including, CBRE Global Investors, DTZ Investors, Mayfair Capital and Credit Suisse.
He has recently advised CBRE Global Investors on the £161M acquisition of the Park Plaza hotel, Waterloo, the £56M forward funding of Two Central Square for Credit Suisse, the sale of a £64M portfolio of industrial units for CBRE Global Investors and the £340M sale of an industrial portfolio for Infrared Capital Partners.
Ian qualified at Osborne Clarke in 1997 and has been a Partner since 2006. He is a member of Osborne Clarke's partnership council and he is chairman of the Underfall Yard Trust, which is working to restore and redevelop a historic boatyard in Bristol to support both traditional and modern boatmaking
