Henry is a partner in and co-head of the Global Energy Sector as well as head of the London Projects Group.

Henry has extensive finance, commercial and corporate experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors and has advised on a large number of landmark transactions in the renewables sector.

He is recognised as a leading lawyer by legal directories Chambers UK, Legal 500 UK and IFLR 1000. In 2021, Chambers reported clients as saying they appreciate “how commercial he is, as he is able to quickly quantify the commercial impact of any discussion point and therefore determine its importance as a point of focus.
