Career
Henrique Frizzo is the leader of the Life Sciences group at Trench Rossi Watanabe and also integrates the Infrastructure, Public and Regulatory Law groups, with a focus on advisory and consultation. He assists pharmaceutical, medical devices and other companies of the sector in a broad range of areas: (i) complex negotiations with the government, such as the transfer of technology in the health area for government laboratories and in the alignment of strategies to meet the local content requirements in public tenders; (ii) providing regulatory intelligence related to mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructures of industry companies; (iii) consultation on regulatory matters and analysis of the constitutionality/legality of legislation, as well as assistance for the preparation of bill of laws; and (iv) litigation against the government and companies concerning regulatory activity.
Personal
Graduated in law from University of São Paulo and specialized in State and Government from the Escola de Formação de Governantes, associated to the University of São Paulo. He is also specialized in Government Contracts from FGV, and has a University Extension course on Public-Private Partnership from the Escola Superior do Ministério Público de São Paulo.
