Helen Ruelle is Ogier's Director of Local Legal Services – she is a Jersey Advocate and one of the Island's most prominent employment lawyers.

In her 16 years as an employment lawyer and trusted adviser to the boards of local companies, Helen has advised not just on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, but also data protection, GDPR compliance, competition law, local M&A and relocations for businesses and UHNWs.

Her external appointments include chairing the Employment Forum and the Jersey Community Relations Trust, and sitting as Chair of the Jersey Employment Trust.
