Practice Areas

Heidi Mayon's practice focuses on all areas of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on capital markets transactions. Ms. Mayon represents a full range of corporate clients on a wide variety of matters, including public company readiness, initial public offerings, complex capital markets transactions, corporate governance and advising boards of directors. She works with clients across a broad range of industries, including artificial intelligence, e-commerce, consumer goods, biotechnology, software, retail, telecommunications, hardware, and energy and clean technology. Heidi has been named “Dealmaker of the Year” by The American Lawyer, to Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Dealmakers in America,” to The Daily Journal’s “Top Women Lawyers” and “Top California Lawyers” and a “Silicon Valley Women of Influence” by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Heidi has represented issuers and underwriters in well over 150 offerings of equity and debt including the IPOs for DoorDash, Poshmark, Doximity, Astera Labs, Vera Therapeutics, ARMO Biosciences, Anaplan, Despegar, Renewable Energy Group, Arcus Biosciences, Cardlytics, Cloudera, Veracyte, SunPower, Violin Memory, Sonim Technologies, Skywater Technologies, Atheros Communications, Genomic Health and Financial Engines.
