Hector is the Head of the Litigation and Insolvency department in our Cayman Islands office. He has more than 26 years' of experience as a civil and commercial litigator and was appointed Queen's Counsel in February 2017.
Recognised as a trusted adviser and first port of call for clients and intermediaries, Hector regularly appear as an Advocate before the Cayman Islands Grand Court and Court of Appeal.
His work focuses on advising and representing trustees, settlors and beneficiaries in complex cross-border trust and estate disputes. His work also covers regulatory investigations, fraud and asset tracing, receiverships, contentious property disputes and intellectual property.
