Harry took silk in 2020 having been ranked as a star junior in matrimonial finance for many years, and won Family Law Junior Barrister of the Year (Chambers UK) twice (2013 and 2018). He has been shortlisted (1 of 3) for Family Silk of the Year in 2025, and is ranked as a “Tier 1” silk in all the directories.
He specializes in complex divorce, financial remedies and claims for provision for unmarried parents. His cases usually involve high profile and/or ultra-high net worth individuals (including up to £3bn). He has acted in some of the largest cases ever litigated to full trials (e.g. most recently PN v SA [2025] with assets of £520m; and BR v BR [2025] EWFC 88 with assets of £260m), as well as in many other reported cases, including the legally ground-breaking Tchenguiz v Imerman divorce.
He has particular expertise in complex corporate, trust, tax and business valuation issues (in particular relating to tech & IT, private equity, venture capital and hedge funds). He represents individuals, trusts, trustees and companies and has advised on overseas divorces including in Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, Gibraltar, Hong Kong and Isle of Man.
Harry is also instructed to advise on pre-nuptial agreements including with international dimensions. He is a qualified arbitrator and regularly is called upon to preside over Private FDRs. Harry has been instructed in foreign proceedings to give evidence as an expert witness on English law.
