Harriet is a counsel in Freshfields’ London disputes and regulatory practice. Harriet handles complex, high profile product liability litigation and regulatory matters. Her experience includes defending and coordinating multi-jurisdictional product liability including group litigation, as well as post M&A product liability legacy litigation, and product liability advice supporting M&A. She has worked on some of the most significant product liability mandates in the market in recent years. She has a particular focus in the healthcare and consumer product sectors. Harriet has been recognised for her thought leadership and regularly publishes on product liability and healthcare regulatory topics and speaks and conferences and industry fora.
Career
Harriet graduated from the University of Oxford, Worcester College with a first class law degree. She has an LLM from Nottingham Trent which focussed on product liability and regulatory matters. She is former chair of the Freshfields women’s network. Harriet speaks French fluently.
