Agnieszka Klich

Agnieszka Klich’s practice focuses on international energy and infrastructure projects. She advises on the acquisition, development and financing of such projects throughout the world with a focus on renewables, power and water, oil and gas and mining. Ms. Klich has advised purchasers, vendors, lenders, developers and equity investors on many complex projects (several of which have been named “Deal of the Year” by leading industry journals). Ms. Klich’s experience also includes representing clients in a number of transactions involving the acquisition or disposal of assets and/or shares in the various energy sectors.

Ms. Klich has handled projects in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, the UAE, Qatar, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Morocco, South Africa. She has also worked on projects in Europe.
