Harmen Holtrop, attorney at law, has been managing partner of Loyens & Loeff N.V. since October 2022. Together with Roderik Beckers and Lieselot Oosterkamp, he makes up the Executive Board of Loyens & Loeff.

Harmen has a focus on corporate M&A and private equity work and was co-chair of the corporate practice group. He has a broad practice with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate representation. He has developed a particular expertise in representing private equity firms and other financial investors in leveraged buyouts, investments and exits.
