Hannah is a family law specialist with significant experience advising a wide range of clients with complex issues arising on divorce including in relation to pensions, business assets and trusts. She also advises on pre and post marital agreements and has particular expertise acting for clients in the financial sector.
She has a particular interest in the arrangements for children arising on the breakdown of a relationship and heads the Children Law practice dealing with a broad range of private law children cases including financial claims under the Children Act, arrangements for children, specific issues and relocation (internal and abroad).

Advising on financial settlements on divorce including where assets are complex involving company structures, trusts, deferred income and with a particular focus on farming cases. Advising on all settlement options including negotiation outside of the court process and within litigation.
Acting for unmarried parents in claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act for financial provision following relationship breakdown.
Drafting and advising on asset protection issues and pre and post nuptial agreements to protect pre acquired or inherited wealth and family businesses.
Acting for parents in relation to child arrangements following separation including national and international relocation and where parental alienation allegations are made or where there are allegations of domestic abuse.
