Hammad has niche experience in healthcare-related transactions, acting on pharmacy, dental practice and nursery sales and acquisitions.

Hammad is a well-versed in a variety of commercial contracts but has a particular interest in helping start-ups reach their funding goals, and generally advising them on the legal side of their business operations.

Career

Hammad trained at Strand-based Saracens Solicitors and qualified as a Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor in 2017, before joining Carter Bond in June 2020.

Hammad has been working as a corporate solicitor (with a healthcare specialism) for nearly 7 years and, overall, has 10 years’ corporate / commercial legal experience. He was promoted to partner in January 2024.

Hammad's work includes significant involvement in a number of domestic and international matters. He has acted as a lead in a majority of the firm’s pharmacy, dental, nursery transactions and for corporate transactions generally, whether acting for buyer or seller. He completed 60+ transactions in 2023.
