Career

Hammad joined Carter Bond in June 2020, bringing a decade of corporate and commercial law experience with him, including nearly seven years as a corporate solicitor specialising in healthcare transactions. In January 2024, he was promoted to partner, recognising his outstanding contribution to the firm.

Hammad trained at Saracens Solicitors in London and qualified as a corporate/commercial solicitor in 2017.

Hammad’s expertise spans a wide range of high-value and complex transactions, both domestic and international. With a particular focus on the healthcare sector, he leads the majority of the firm’s transactions involving pharmacies, dental practices, and nurseries. His role encompasses both buy-side and sell-side representation, offering clients strategic insight and effective solutions across the transaction lifecycle.

In 2023 alone, Hammad successfully completed over 60 transactions, underscoring his commitment to achieving optimal results for his clients.
