Stephanie was called to the Bar in 2006, she worked at top ranked London firms Hickman and Rose and Bindmans LLP before cross qualifying to become a solicitor in 2010. She then worked at ABV Solicitors as a solicitor and Higher Court Advocate and Corker Binning. She has always worked in criminal and regulatory law and has a wealth of experience and expertise.
Stephanie set up the firm Roe Lawyers in 2015 and has grown the firm over the last eight years. The range of work undertaken by the firm is extensive and she has been involved in a number of serious, complex, high-profile cases both in the criminal sphere and regulatory. The success of the firm has been built on her dedication to her clients whatever their circumstances and her ability to practically apply the law to achieve the best outcome for the client.

Professional Discipline – individuals under investigation by their regulatory body such as the NMC, ACCA, SRA.
Local Authority – breaches of health and safety, environmental regulations, houses of multiple occupation licencing conditions, building regulations.
Appeal – advice on conviction and sentence
Financial proceedings – such as confiscation proceedings, cash seizure/ forfeiture, freezing orders.
