Dov specialises in a broad range of Corporate Finance and has a particular expertise in transactional work. Over the last three years Dov has developed a specialism in EOT transactions and now also acts as a Trustee for a number of EOT’s across the country.
Dov works with clients across a number of sectors but his particular focus is on acting for entrepreneurs and smaller owner managed businesses.
Dov’s clients often comment on his ability to stay calm in a transactional situation where challenges can often arise.
Dov trained with Pannone & Partners and qualified in 1998. He then moved to Wacks Caller where he became a Partner in 2003. Dov moved to BBS Law in 2005 where he has remained ever since. Dov became the Managing Partner of BBS Law in 2012. Dov graduated with an LLB Honours from Manchester Metropolitan University in 1996 and received a further prize for his distinction in the Legal Practice Course also at the Manchester Metropolitan University.
