Career
Gunnar joined LOGOS in 1992, became Partner in 1995 and was the Managing Partner from 2001-2013. Qualified as an Attorney in 1993 and received his LL.M. in European Law and International Trade Law from University of Amsterdam in 1995. Gunnar has long-standing experience in advising clients on M&A transactions, as well as on competition law and corporate law in the shipping, aviation and tourism industries, fishing, financial markets and engineering. Since August 2019 Gunnar is a member on the Board of Directors of Arion bank.
