Mr. Uribe is considered a veteran by peers and clients when it comes to capital markets; he was responsible for the first and biggest FIBRA in Mexico. He represents many national and foreign banks, issuers, brokerage firms, structuring agents, rating agencies, local governments, FIBRAs, and international funds investing in México. He regularly advises clients in real estate finance transactions. Not to mention, Mr. Uribe has also actively advised international funds in the establishment of complex investing and financing structures in the fintech lending sector.
