Mr. Uribe is considered a veteran by peers and clients when it comes to matters related to capital markets, he has been responsible for the first and biggest FIBRA in Mexico, and has advised issuers on all types of public securities offerings; major national and international companies rely on Mr. Uribe´s skills to complete complex securities transactions.
He has been part of the market’s legal design, as front-man and pioneer in the biggest real estate acquisitions, IPOs and subsequent offerings (the biggest in Latin America), including local and global debt programs, representing some of the biggest FIBRAs and banks.
Mr. Uribe focuses on matters related to banking, securities law, capital markets, structured finance, syndicated loans, compliance and surveillance of the Mexican securities market. He represents a wide range of national and foreign banks, brokerage firms, structuring agents, rating agencies, local governments, FIBRAs, and international companies
