Mr. Landa is well-versed in advising Mexican financial institutions and rating agencies in public finance matters. He is highly knowledgeable in the procedures and filings before various Ministries, National Banking and Securities Commission, Mexican Antitrust Commission and federal and local government entities, such as Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) and Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE). He has a wide range of experience representing Mexican and foreign companies and financial institutions in all matters related to finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border financings, project finance, asset-backed and future-flow securitizations, aircraft and transportation financing and leverage leasing.
