He holds a LLM in Corporate Law from New York University (2000) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cambridge University, Winner of the Violeta Aftalion Award and Most Academically Outstanding Latino Student (2003). In addition, in 2018 Guillermo was part of the working group in charge of the revision of the "General Law of Companies" as a special request from the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
