Guillermo is an expert in corporate matters as mergers and acquisitions of private and listed companies, in which he has represented both sellers and buyers. He has advised significant clients in all kinds of financial transactions, including issuance programs of debt instruments (bonds, short-term instruments, negotiable certificate of deposit), equity issues, medium-term syndicated loans, leasing transactions, asset securitization, etc. He's lawyer from the Universidad de Lima(1996). He holds a LLM in Corporate Law from New York University (2000) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cambridge University, Winner of the Violeta Aftalion Award and Most Academically Outstanding Latino Student (2003). In addition, in 2018 Guillermo was part of the working group in charge of the revision of the "General Law of Companies" as a special request from the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
