Guilherme is a founding partner and heads the Dispute Resolution department. He has vast experience tackling highly complex litigation, as well as sophisticated commercial arbitration cases involving companies and individuals. Guilherme’s expertise stands out in matters relating to corporate law, bankruptcy and restructuring law, business law, civil liability, contract law, credit collection, expropriations, public procurement and government contracts.

He has been active in many of the most relevant corporate litigation cases in Minas Gerais recently, including the ones concerning high net worth families. He has also supervised numerous complex legal due diligence, assessing and quantifying civil litigation-related risks.

Guilherme represents clients from several sectors, such as construction, steel, mining, medical laboratory, telecommunications, energy, private pension, real estate and real estate financing, health fund, banking, insurance, and agribusiness.

Guilherme is also a Dispute Resolution professor at the LL.M. Program of IBMEC.
