Career
Adriano is a founding partner and co-responsible for Freitas Ferraz’s Corporate and M&A group. He acts for national and foreign clients, and is actively involved in negotiating, structuring and implementing M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital deals, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, capital markets, and corporate restructuring of companies under financial crisis.
An expert in corporate transactions in the energy sector, Adriano has a solid background in acquisitions of hydroelectric, wind and solar power plants, leading high-end transactions. He has also advised several investments and restructuring transactions of corporate groups, acting for clients in the energy, technology, education and real estate sectors, mostly through the impact within corporate investment transactions and M&A.
Adriano is also a Mergers and Acquisitions and Commercial Contracts professor at the LL.M. and MBA Program of IBMEC.
