Ms. Griffith’s practice focuses on commercial/secured lending, asset-based lending, loan restructuring and workouts, DIP financing and other UCC Article 9 transactions.
She is a partner in the Atlanta office of Hunton, a member of the Capital Finance & Real Estate team and the head of the Atlanta Lending Services Group. Ms. Griffith is also the Atlanta Pro Bono Chair.
The majority of Ms. Griffith’s practice consists of representing large, non-bank financial institutions in connection with syndicated credit facilities (including so called “club transactions”) in a broad range of industries, including lender financing, retail/restaurants, credit card processing, software and other recurring revenue business models and unique asset classes. She also works on varied transaction structures, including first lien/second lien transactions, “unitranche” facilities (both with and without so called “Agreements Among Lenders”) and ABL/Term Loan split lien collateral transactions.
She also has experience in workouts, forbearance situations, Article 9 foreclosure sales and bankruptcy matters, including debtor-in-possession financing.
