His experience includes out of court restructurings, complex Chapter 11 and 15 proceedings, state court receiverships, foreclosures and Article 9 dispositions, and related state and federal litigation. He handles cash collateral proceedings, DIP financings, asset sales, automatic stay litigation, priority disputes, avoidance litigation, and plan litigation. Greg’s extensive experience in commercial transactions, work-outs, and general representation of financial institutions and other secured creditors provides him with valuable insight in dealing with the myriad of issues that arise in commercial lending, distressed real estate, bank operations, and defaulted debt.
