He advises on M&A, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic alliances in Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, India and a number of other emerging markets. Graeme is particularly well known for his expertise in acting for Japanese clients on deals relating to global technology, media and telecommunications, including digital infrastructure.
