Graeme Preston

Graeme is the Managing Partner for Asia. Based in Japan for nearly 20 years, Graeme specialises in cross-border M&A and has significant experience advising Japanese and global corporates on high-profile international transactions. He advises on M&A, divestments, joint ventures and strategic alliances in Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, India and a number of other emerging markets.

Graeme is particularly well known for his expertise in acting for Japanese clients on deals relating to global technology, media and telecommunications, including digital infrastructure. In addition, Graeme is sought after for his M&A experience in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. He provides clients with global experience and unique insights, having also been based in London, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore.

Graeme is qualified in England & Wales and is licensed to practise in Japan as a Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi (Registered Foreign Lawyer).
