Graeme is managing partner for Asia and heads our Japan M&A practice. Based in Japan for nearly 18 years, Graeme is a cross-border M&A focus with significant experience in advising Japanese and global corporates on high profile international transactions. He advises on M&A, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic alliances in Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, India and a number of other emerging markets. Graeme is particularly well known for his knowledge in acting for Japanese clients on deals relating to global technology, media and telecommunications, including digital infrastructure. In addition, Graeme is sought after for his M&A experience in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. He provides clients with global experience and unique insights, having also been based in London, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore. Graeme is qualified in England & Wales and is licensed to practice in Japan as a Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi (registered foreign lawyer).
