Glenn Kerner

Glenn Kerner is the head of the Litigation Department in Goodwin’s New York office, and Chair of the firm’s Products Litigation and Counseling practice. He has extensive experience in products liability law, particularly with respect to complex mass torts and multi-district litigation (MDL). Mr. Kerner is experienced in matters involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices, emerging technologies, food and dietary supplements, cannabis, and other consumer products. He also has experience in complex commercial litigation, franchise law, bankruptcy litigation, real estate litigation, antitrust, intellectual property, and other civil litigation.
