Glaucia represents clients at Brazil's highest courts – the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and Federal Supreme Court (STF) – where she monitors final judicial decisions on major tax-related disputes.
A former board member of the São Paulo Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Glaucia is currently a Tax Committee member at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (USCC), a coordinating member of the Women Leadership Committee at the Brazilian Law Firm Study Center (CESA), and a member of the Legal Alliance for Gender Equity (Aliança Jurídica pela Equidade de Gênero).
