Giuliano is a counsel specialized in banking and finance. His practice is mainly concentrated on a range of Italian domestic and international financing transactions and he has matured considerable experience in structured finance - including securitizations - as well as asset-based financings, including securities lending and repo transactions, real estate finance, acquisition finance and other leveraged transactions. He works on both the buy side and the sell side in connection with investments and divestments in non-performing loan portfolios by international and domestic banks, as well as debt capital markets transactions.
