He was involved in a number of landmark transactions such as advising ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. on the acquisition of has-to-be GmbH; Exide Holdings in the extensive reorganization of its European/rest of world operations and their subsequent sale to its secured noteholders pursuant to a credit bid; Upfield (controlling shareholder is KKR) on the acquisition of Arivia; KKR on the acquisition of heidelpay from AnaCap; Advent International/Bain Capital in the acquisition of leading German payment services provider Concardis GmbH and the subsequent merger of Concardis Payment Group with Nets A/S; Novalpina Capital on the take private of Olympic Entertainment Group.
