Based in Paris, Jean-Christophe David graduated from ESSEC and is an avocat at the Paris Bar. He has extensive experience of French event-driven financings. His practice covers all aspects of loan financing, advising sponsors, corporates and debt funds on acquisition and refinancing transactions and general corporate financings. Jean-Christophe has been very active with the Weil Paris restructuring team on major restructurings in France, both in-court and out-of court. Jean-Christophe has worked on numerous senior secured note issuances for French issuers notably advising on super-senior revolving credit facilities and intercreditor arrangements, as well as the French law aspects of the offering memorandum and transaction security package.
