Career

I have extensive experience in copyright and trademark law.

I am an outstanding litigator known for my ability to quickly find the most satisfactory solutions for my clients. I favor a pragmatic and strategic approach in my advisory and litigation work.

As well as assisting my clients with the protection of their IP, including filing and registering trademarks, drawings and models, and creations covered by copyright, I am a very good negotiator when it comes to transactional IP works.

I am an active member of professional associations including APRAM and AIPPI (vice president of the French Group and Chair of the International Membership Committee and member of the International Committee dedicated to combating piracy and counterfeiting).

I am a regular conference host and speaker, teach intellectual property at DJCE and at EM Lyon, and write for various specialist magazines.
