Career
I am a partner based in our Paris office, with 15 years' experience in the technology sector. I specialise in IT and Internet litigation, and work for both tech companies and end-user clients.
I am passionate about the technology sector because of its relentless innovation. In addition to my practice in IT litigation, I have developed expertise in key market dynamics, including the ongoing digital transformation of companies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and specifically the challenges surrounding generative AI.
I also have deep expertise in the sector's regulatory landscape, particularly the rules governing platforms, along with the associated liability and compliance challenges.
Understanding our clients' businesses is key for me to better serve them and deliver tailored, strategic advice.
I am committed to knowledge sharing and education. I teach in two different Master's programmes dedicated to digital creation law, organise training sessions for Numeum (formerly Syntec Numérique, the union of IT service providers), and regularly write articles on emerging technology issues.
