George counsels and represents clients in numerous areas such as anti-discrimination, wage and hour, retaliation and whistleblowing, non-competition and other restrictive covenant agreements, disability accommodations, leave laws, and Executive Order 11246. George negotiates executive employment agreements, assists in planning and executing terminations and restructurings, conducts sensitive internal investigations, and leads labor and employment efforts on major transactions. He has also successfully resolved multiple government audits and investigations. George is a trusted adviser to a broad spectrum of clients across multiple industries, and is regularly relied on to handle clients’ most delicate and important employment issues.
George previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen LeCraft Henderson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Honorable W. Harold Albritton III of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. George is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars.
