He has served as lead trial counsel in hundreds of complex, high-stakes cases in courts throughout the United States and internationally, with particular experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, and technology sectors. Mr. Pappas is Chairman of the Editorial Committee and co-author of Anatomy of a Patent Case, and a contributing author to the Patent Case Management Judicial Guide. He has presented programs on patent law issues at more than 50 Federal Judicial Center National Workshops.
